Putting Your Name On a Theater

With continued interest and support for the New Performing Arts Center, SOPA (Supporters of the Performng Arts) announces additional naming rights opportunities for individuals and corporations wishing to participate in the capital campaign. To date, the Theater Lobby has been sold for $250,000 and the Green Room for $50,000. Thus far, Suporters of the Performing Arts, a 501 (c) (3) corporation has raised $1.25M in cash and pledges towards its $5M goal for construction. The town of Estes Park has been instrumental in this endeavor by providing the land for the facility, in addition to a commitment of $217,000 in an annual operating subsidy.
The target date to have funds in place is by December of 2009. With appropriate funding, the project could start as early as Spring of 2009. The progress is dependant on how successful the capital campaign is.
